Austin Parker 64 Fly S Yacht Review

Austin Parker 64 Fly S Yacht ReviewAustin Parker sticks to its Italian roots when it comes to navy blue hulls and white bodies. The earlier models made by this company and transported to the USA were inspired by the lower east, but Austin Parker stays engrossed in bringing you the best yacht designs available. Sensibility and careful manufacturing are apparent in the design. The 64 Fly S, which is the latest model created by this company, is the second largest yacht they have ever made. The motto of Austin Parker, “Italian Style Yachts,” shines through with the attentive design of this vessel.

There are two other options available. In one, the seating area turns into a bunk room, and in the Presidential Option, the stateroom is removed allowing the head and master more space.

Performance

The 64 Fly S has double MAN V-8 diesels and ZF V-drive transmissions. The yacht is 64 feet long, and pushes to over thirty knots with no issues. The engine is responsive when driving, allowing the driver to feel at ease knowing that they are in control.

Construction

Austin Parker 64 Fly S Yacht Review

No details were left out with this Fulvio De Simoni design. With the delightful Italian engineering, you really feel at one with nature when running your fingers over any surfaces on the yacht. From the covering board of the cockpit to the engine room bulkhead, you will feel as though solidity is in your favor.

All pieces of the vessel come together flawlessly, even where the diesels house the garage and three staterooms fit together like a puzzle. There isn’t a place on this yacht where something seems out of place or like it could be better if done differently.

Accommodations

There is an exceptional amount of room for guests in the design of the stateroom, which really exemplifies the worth of Italian design. The master stateroom features a king-size bed that it set in a way that allows for maximum floor space. Couples can enjoy some quiet time at the two person dinette before deciding to join others for the day, and a desk and couch are also included for business and comfort. The large restroom has a shower with a glass wall and a drawn-out bowl sink. The VIP located in the bow also has the offset bed to allow for more floor space. There is also a double for guests.

Behind the right-hand helm area is the main deck. There’s a dining table with room for six, a saloon that looks like a recessed living room, couches in the shape of an “L,” and a dinette among other features.
