The Sarp 58M was created by a team of four: Taka Yachts, Sarp Yachts, Osman Tanju Kalaycioglu, and Donald Starkey. Each had their own agenda when it came to the yacht. Taka Yachts handled the naval architecture, Sarp Yachts handled the naval engineering with their in-house team, Osman Tanju Kalaycioglu was in charge of the exterior design, and Donald Starkey created the interior design. To ensure that the vessel was equipped for maximum safety, the hull was built with the highest quality high tensile steel, with a vacuumed bag epoxy superstructure.
