Overview

This is the second Albemarle express owned by this seller, who is retired from the auto business and has cared for this boat well.  When he purchased it at the end of 2015, he thoroughly went through his survey and updated liberally.  Next he took an extended cruising period in the Bahamas and the boat performed flawlessly.  Now unexpectedly, business has urged him back to work for a period and not wanting the boat to sit unused, it comes to the market.  A great opportunity for someone looking to step into a ready to go fishing vessel that can be handled by minimal crew.

MANUFACTURER PROVIDED DESCRIPTION

Designed to be a flat-out fishing machine that is nimble enough to be managed by a crew of two, the 360 Express Fisherman comes with an exhaustive list of standard high-quality, full-on fishing features. The center-line helm pod with 360-degree visibility and the deep gunwales and higher freeboard of the tumble home design make it perfect for the serious tournament angler or charter captain. The first-class living quarters boast numerous luxury upgrades and a well-appointed galley. The intelligent cabin configuration allows plenty of sleeping and entertaining options that make the 360 livable enough to spend a week heading for the next hot bite or just cruising with family and friends. Tournament-tested and proven to raise fish, the 360FX has already established itself as one of the most sought-after sportfishing boats on the water.

The cabin has a forward stateroom (with teak folding door) that has a criss-cross berth arrangement with a double berth below and a single berth above.  The interior woodwork is satin finished teak and it is combined with off-white vinyl wall lining creating a warm and comfortable space without feeling dark and confined.  The sole throughout the cabin is laminate teak & holly, except for a carpeted landing shelf at the base of the entry steps.  In the cabin a hanging locker is to the starboard side (cedar lined with locking door) and 4 drawers are below the lower berth.  To the portside is a vinyl covered dressing chair and above are two more drawers and another shorter hanging locker.

In the main cabin, the galley is aft against the bulkhead and features a earthtone solid surface countertop and back-spash with an under-mounted stainless steel sink and wand-style faucet.  Above is a Stainless steel face Tappan microwave over and a couple of teak cabinets. Below the counter are four drawers and a brushed stainless front Vitifrigo refrigerator drawer.  On the starboard side is a separate stainless front Vitifrigo freezer drawer unit with another serving area countertop and more cabinetry above it.

To the portside of the cabin as you enter immediately to the right is the main electrical panel (Paneltronics) and below the battery switches and generator control panel and power source switching (all behind teak doors).  Next aft is a soft vinyl settee with hanging rod storage above on the wall with a shelf below at the top of the settee.  This settee can be converted to an extra berth if needed.  Mounted on an aluminum stanchion in front of the settee is a sold teak triangular table.

The head is aft to the starboard side with teak door.  Nicely appointed with vanity top matching the galley including the under-mount oval stainless sink with full wall mirror above.  There is a Vacu-flush fresh-water head and a separate shower stall with glass and chrome framed enclosure plus a seat in the shower.
