The owner lives in California. He took this yacht in trade when he sold his 85'Choie Lee. He wants to sell this boat. The boat was out of the water 5/29/14 for bottom paint and other cosmetic repairs. The interior and the fly bridge have been updated with marble, hardwood and teak in May 2014. The deck house comprises a lower helm with galley followed by a dinette. The salon is aft which opens to the cockpit. There is a bridge. Crew quarters are in the bow accessible by a foredeck hatch. The interior is tastefully finished in modern materials and fabrics with bright finished oak trims and veneers. The machinery is amidships.
