Overview

REAL ESCAPE is one of only two Browards built in this "flush deck" style. She features an open salon/dining area, an enclosed air conditioned aft deck, closet size wine cooler, 3 staterooms, toys and has enjoyed continuous upgrades to all systems. Recently she has cruised the east coast between Florida and Maryland.
Vessel Layout
She sleeps 7 in two guest staterooms and the master stateroom. There is a pullman berth in starboard guest stateroom. This flush deck design layout features the pilothouse forward, followed with the U-shaped galley and day head off passageway. The spacious salon/dining area is further aft with a glass bulk head separating the enclosed aft deck from the salon. Forward in dining area is a 40" flatscreen TV, closet size wine cooler and storage. The aft deck features a spiral staircase to sundeck, U-shaped seating to port, a 32" flatscreen TV, built in wetbar, under counter refrigerator and icemaker with storage to starboard.
Forward from the pilothouse to starboard and down stairs are the crew quarters forward and engine room access, crew quarters consist of 3 separate rooms (captains cabin, two crew cabins and two heads) and dinette area.
Access to the owners staterooms is via stairs aft in the salon with the guest stateroom with ensuite heads aft and the master stateroom forward athwart ship. The master suite head features a large tub with shower.
The flybridge features the helm forward with radar arch/mast and bimini top. There is access to the pilothouse forward and circular stairs aft to starboard to aft deck. On starboard side is a sink and storage with the RIB dinghy to port and a jetski to starboard.
Hydraulic davits (port & starboard) quickly unload the RIB and jetski. There is a large cushioned sun pad further aft and L-shaped seating area. Adjacent to the spiral stairs down the aft deck is the aft deck controls. There is new (2014 carpet throughout the vessel).
