Up a few steps and aft to the main deck level finds the bright I-shaped galley, followed by the formal dining salon. The starboard side companionway runs aft to a deck access door and port steps up to the raised pilothouse. The pilothouse offers a centerline command helm, bench seating with drawer storage below, access to a sliding port side deck door and sheltered inside access stairs to the flybridge.
Aft of the pilothouse on the main deck is the expansive main salon featuring plush upholstered sofas, a wet bar with under counter refrigerator and the entertainment center with complete A/V equipment. The large side windows allow for great views and plenty of natural light.
The main salon starboard stairwell leads down to the master and guest accommodations.
.MIDSUMMER DREAM is powered by 2002 Scania model D1 12 44M diesel engines, installed by Derecktor Shipyards in late 2002. With control stations at both pilothouse and flybridge helms, the mains are freshwater exchanger cooling, with combination wet and dry exhaust systems. Twin Disc MG 5114 2:1 reduction gears attached to stainless steel shafts.
Fuel is stored in three integral aluminum tanks with Racor fuel filtration. Fire control is via a built-in automatic Halon system at the engine room plus full complement of hand-held units throughout.

This highly customized Broward pilothouse motoryacht combines the best in classic styling with new systems into a perfect blend for entertaining, extended cruising or charter. MIDSUMMER DREAM has a strong Alaska charter history and great revenue potential.
The vessel’s all aluminum construction was augmented with several upgrades including a custom 12’ keel and Euro-style stern extension by the famed Derecktor Shipyard in the late nineties.
Additional fuel tankage (raised to 7,000 US) along with a bow thruster and Naiad stabilizers makes her ideally suited for comfortable cruising or charter work.
The vessel underwent a 2012 refit at Delta Marine with new paint and many system upgrades. An extensive refit in 2002/2003 included new reliable Scania diesel engines.
With elegant interior décor and an enviable array of equipment, MIDSUMMER DREAM is a great opportunity for a new owner looking for great value in a versatile motoryacht.
