Overview

DREAM is a very highly customized 124' Broward Motoryacht which is one of the newest hulls built by Broward Marine. Her interior design was originally done by Evan Marshall and cherry woods accented by Carpathian elm burl and rosewood throughout.  Crown moldings are in contrasting light and dark cherry joinery.

The interior was refit in 2017 by Architectural Interiors with new custom carpeting, overhead upholstered panels, new furnishings, window treatments, soft goods throughout and new carpeting in master stateroom (8/20).  In addition, the flybridge was reconfigured with the installation of a new step-up Jacuzzi and new granite surfaces throughout. 

The vessels accommodates ten guests in a five spacious staterooms.  She is configured with a large on-deck master stateroom with king berth and private His & Her head on the forward main deck.  On the lower deck, the spacious VIP stateroom features a king berth with private bath, shower and tub.  There are two identical guest staterooms with queen berths and a fifth with twin berths.

The full beam offers a generous main salon with 7' 2" headroom and forward is a new Baker dining room cherry table and dining chairs.  In 2018, new HD TV's were installed throughout along with a new Sonos audio system.  Forward is a commercial style galley and access to crew quarters below.

The spacious air conditioned aft deck offers protected dining for guests.  Her expansive flybridge features a new custom Pipewelders hardtop, new Jacuzzi and granite surfaces throughout the flybridge in 2017 along with wet bar and BBQ grill. 

She is equipped with all the large yacht options to include twin Kohler 65KW generators, Naiad stabilizers, bow thruster, 1800 GPD watermaker, Asea power convertor plus much more!  All of this in addition to the compete exterior hull paint in 2014, SEAMENT shows exceptional and is truly in "as new" condition!

Flybridge Equipment

The flybridge and boat deck are accessed from either the pilothouse or aft deck.  Being full width provides the vessel with an incredibly large area for sunning and entertaining.  Forward on the port side is a complete control station equipped with engine controls, monitor systems, communications and navigation.  To starboard is a complete maneuvering station, both with settee benches.

Her original interior was designed by Evan Marshall to include her joinery done by Genesis of Viareggio Italy.  In 2017, she received new furnishings and carpet in the main salon and dining area along with custom window treatments, overhead panels and soft goods throughout the vessel by Architectural Interiors. In 2018, new HDTV's and Sonas audio system installed throughout vessel.  New custom carpeting installed in salon and dining area 8/20.
