Accommodations

   The C&C 36 provides a classic well thought out interior with over 6 ' headroom the main saloon and forward cabin. Starting forward you will find a very generous sized double v-berth, teak ceilings with storage outboard and below, drawer space and a hanging locker. Moving aft you will find the fully enclosed marine head with hot and cold running water, vanity, sink and shower. Opposite to starboard there is a hanging locker. Going aft you enter the main saloon with starboard and port settees with storage above and outboard with a large drop leaf dining table. Continuing aft to port you will find a good size u-shaped galley with hot and cold pressure water, ice box , stainless steel sink and three burner propane stove with oven. There is good counter space and well laid out storage in cabinets, shelves and draws. Opposite the galley to port is a well-organized navigation station with room for electronics, a full size chart table with storage under. Furthest aft is a good sized double (friendly) quarter berth. Ventilation is provided by an opening hatch in the forward cabin, an opening hatch in the head, a large opening hatch in the main saloon and the large companionway. Light comes through the plexiglass companionway hatch, overhead hatches and fixed ports.

The deck arrangements include comfort for crew and family, with comfortable seating, high coamings and recessed cleats in the T-shaped cockpit. The mainsheet traveler is conveniently located on the cabin top to further enhance the roomy cockpit and give easy movement through the companionway. Traveler controls have been simplified too, resulting in easier handling at the same time.
