"Sea Gate" is a very clean example of the popular Carver 360 Sport Sedan.  The boat has been constantly updated, and very well maintained- she will not disappoint!   She is powered by fresh-water cooled Volvo 8.1L engines with only 100 hours since they were re-built.  (total time on blocks is only 685).  At the time of the re-builds, both transmissions were pulled and gone over for good measure.  Other upgrades include dripless shaft seals (2013), new generator engine (2007), new bow thruster in 2008, new bimini and full enclosure (2011), new custom mattress in the master stateroom (2011), and a new salon air conditioning system (2013).  Owners have thoroughly enjoyed "Sea Gate", but are ready to retire from boating.  She is offered at a very attractive asking price, especially taking into consideration her overall condition.  She is a must-see!

Accommodations

The Carver 360 Sedan Bridge is well known throughout the industry as being a very versatile boat for those who love watersports as well as cruising.  Her large cockpit with easy-access swim platform is perfect for swimming or fishing, and her voluminous two-stateroom layout with large salon make her a very comfortable home-away-from-home.  She has the interior space of a much larger yacht, and is tastefully decorated with neutral ultra-leather soft goods and beautiful cherry wood cabinetry.  Her flybridge is also quite large for a yacht of her size, offering plenty of comfortable seating while cruising or entertaining.  

Entering the salon through a sliding door, there is a comfortable ultra-leather settee to starboard (which also pulls out to create a double berth) and a matching ottoman with storage.  Across to port is the large L-shaped galley and entertainment center (TV/DVD/Stereo).  The galley has the beautiful cherry wood cabinetry, hardwood flooring, and a Corian solid surface counter-top.  Forward and up two curved steps is a raised U-shaped dinette with plenty of comfortable seating.  This space offers incredible views in every direction due to the design of the windshield and side windows.  Proceeding forward down the curved steps below, the guest stateroom is amidships.  This space offers either a twin-berth or a double-berth arrangement, easily adjustable to immediate needs.  There is also plenty of storage for personal gear, and a large port for natural lighting.  Forward and to port is the large head.  This space includes a large stall shower, vacu-flush head system, sink with vanity, and plenty of storage.  Forward is the large master stateroom.  This stateroom consists of a center-line queen berth (new mattress), private access to the head, Panasonic TV w/DVD player, 2 hanging lockers, several drawers and storage compartments, separate air conditioning, 2 portlights, and a large overhead hatch.

The flybridge is accessed very easily via a set of molded steps raising up from the port side of the cockpit.  On the bridge there are three pedestal-style seats forward behind the helm, and a large bench-style settee aft.  The bridge is equipped with indoor/outdoor carpeting, and is enclosed by a rather new bimini with 4-sided enclosure.  Very well designed layout!
