Layout and Accomodations

"Pocket Change" is truly a "pocket yacht"!  At 36 feet she holds an amazing amount of big boat features but still is easily operated and maintained by an owner.  Her twin 300hp Volvo diesels make her a very capable cruising yacht and her abundant amount of room also allow for spending extended time aboard in comfort.  

Boarding the boat is easy with a large swim platform with molded fiberglass steps that lead to the aft deck.  The aft deck and bridge have a full canvas enclosure (redone in 2012) and can be used comfortably year round.  The aft deck is large enough for a table and chairs and the bridge has a helm and companion seat as well as bench seating for guests.   The helm on the bridge provides good sight lines and "Pocket Change" benefits from updated electronics including a Garmin GPS/Plotter, Garmin Radar and KVH SAT TV.

Entering the cabin the layout is open and bright with views all around.  The salon is full beam and is open to the galley.  Rich cherry wood cabinetry abounds and is offset with updated neutral carpet and neutral ultra-leather settees.  The Salon TV has been upgraded to a large LED TV directly across from the settee making a perfect "home theatre".  The galley is fully appointed and again remains social with the salon and filled with natural light from the windshield above.   The guest stateroom is forward and provides family or friends with a comfortable double berth and private head.   The master stateroom is aft for privacy and is very large with a walk around berth, multiple hanging lockers and drawers and a private head with stall shower.

Again an amazingly spacious and private layout for a boat in the mid-30 foot range with great areas to socialize, entertain or just relax!
