Overview

Gorgeous, meticulously maintained one owner boat.

This spacious, comfortable, aft cabin boat has been continuously owned since new by the current owner who also has a yacht maintenance and repair business.  Living on the Rio Dulce it's been a freshwater boat for almost all of its life.  Everything is in wonderful condition and the boat is ready to go.  The 375 hp Caterpillar 3208 TIs were rebuilt and have less than 100 hours since rebuild.  The 8KW Kohler generator has less than 100 hours since rebuild.  The interior is in perfect condition and in recent years the owner has used the boat just enough to keep it in perfect condition.

This is the perfect opportunity to buy your boat, explore the western Caribbean and use it as your home away from home.  Or you can buy it here, cruise as much of the Caribbean in your own floating home as you like then take it home with the memories of a lifetime.

Rio Dulce is a beautiful freshwater resort area with large lakes, numerous anchorages and marinas, and nearby cruises to Belize and the Bay Islands of Honduras as well as passages to Mexico, Cuba, Jamaica, Panama and Colombia.  Every service is readily available.

Forward of the galley and dinette is the VIP stateroom.  A large pullman berth is to port.  To starboard just forward of the galley is the VIP head with separate shower and electric head.  Separate air conditioning controls keep the VIP quarters comfortable.  Engine room access is under the forward steps.

Four steps down aft from the saloon is the spacious owner's stateroom.  A beautiful queen island berth is flanked to port with a vanity, drawers and lockers and to starboard with a mirrored wall with sliding mirrored door the owner's head.  At the foot of the bed on the forward bulkhead is an array of cedar lined hanging lockers in rich wood.  Digital air conditioning controls keep the owner's cabin occupants comfortable to their own tastes.
