Overview
SWEET ESCAPE, an exceptional 130' Christensen that has had the best of care her entire life. Her present owner of five years has offered the yacht an open budget to keep her maintained and upgraded. Her five stateroom plus gym comprises a full beam master, a full beam VIP, the third cabin is a large guest with king berth, plus two twin cabins that can covert to king berths. Walkthrough
Forward to port is the state of the art galley with professional appliances, excellent counter space, storage and refrigeration. One of the best features is the island counter. There is plenty of light with the lager windows in the galley, perfect viewing while underway or at the dock. The galley has a door at the both entrances that can be closed to keep noise and smells from entering other areas of the vessel. Forward of the galley is a larger pantry with ample storage that also acts as a buffer to eliminate noise from the galley to the master.
Further forward is the on-deck full beam VIP with ensuite, king berth, closet, ample storage, desk/vanity and sitting area. The VIP has larger windows with blinds and shades.
Mid-ship stairs lead down to the four guest staterooms plus Gym. The Master full beam master is found forward with a king size berth, desk/vanity, settee to starboard, walk-in closet and His and Hers bathroom. Hers with a Jacuzzi tub and shower and his with shower. There are three guest cabins plus Gym aft with a Schwin elliptical machine. The large guest cabin with king berth, plus two twin cabins that can covert to king berths. All cabins have ensuite, best of entertainment systems and all well-appointed décor with ample storage.
From the formal foyer one will go up a spiral staircase to the upper landing that will take one aft to the sky lounge or forward to the pilothouse. The pilothouse has the state-of-the-art navigation equipment. There are three raised helm chairs, ample storage and charter space. One can reach the spacious captain’s cabin from this area. There are ample walk-around side decks with pilothouse entry doors allowing for easy movement around the deck and entire vessel. The Pilothouse offers excellent visibility while cruising.
Aft from the upper landing one enters into the sky lounge where you are surrounded by full length windows for excellent views and natural light. There is a bar with five bar stools to starboard, a settee with end tables, two chairs and a coffee table to port. The sky lounge is a beautiful area for entertaining, watching movies or hanging out at the bar. There is also a well-appointed day head on this deck.
Moving aft from the sky lounge through the large double sliding doors, one will enter the boat deck. Here you will find a beautiful built in service area and tables with seating for 10 to dine outside. From this area one can go up another set of stairs to the sundeck. The sundeck features a large sun pad and Jacuzzi.
Moving back down to the aft deck, one can enter the main salon through the glass doors. This beautiful and spacious aft deck features a large teak table that seats ten guests. There is a built-in settee with a table. There is a wet bar with granite counters and built in storage. The aft deck is designed to be well protected from the elements by its overhang.
From the aft deck one can go down a set of stairs to a large swim platform that makes for easy access to the water for swimming or water sports. The aft deck also gives one access to the passerelle for convenient boarding while Med-moored or port side to.
