Overview

This revolutionary design turned the Motor Yacht world on its head. A three stateroom, two head layout below married to an express style bridge with molded-in seating and only one small step between the aft deck and the helm deck. This 4450 has only had 2 owners and is in above average condition. New Electronics and custom Isinglass that are n excellent condition. The bridge also features a dedicated air conditioner, wet bar with ice maker/refrigerator combo.

Molded in steps lead from the bridge deck to the large integrated swim platform. The bridge will accommodate 12 adults easily.

Below decks is a unique 3 stateroom, 2 head arrangement. The salon features a L-shaped ultra-leather sofa with incliners and a raised booth style dinette that provides excellent visibility of your surroundings. The galley, salon and dinette are all on the same level for entertaining and comfortable living. The well-equipped galley comes completely equipped. The master stateroom features a king size island bed and tons of storage space. The master head features a linen closet, vacuflush head, and real ceramic tile and Jacuzzi tub with shower.

The VIP stateroom forward features a queen size centerline berth and large walk-in closet. The third stateroom has twin, side by side berths and the combo washer/dryer is located here.

Down in the spotless engine room you have plenty of power with twin 480HP Volvo diesels. The bow thruster allows you to look like a professional every time.
