Overview

The Bootlegger is a wonderful opportunity for those who desire a lot of boat with fresh power and easy maintenance. This beamy 59 has been lightly used and ran easy throughout her lifetime. She has beautiful Carolina lines and built by the well known Outer Banks builder and Oregon Inlet captain, Bobby Sullivan. The hull has 4500 total hours. She was repowered with a new set of 700 hp Luggers recently. To date these engines have 1068 hours total since new. The Bootlegger has been extremely well maintained by her one and only owner. All maintenance records are available. Take notice to her huge cockpit, interior and engine room. This one is turn key and ready to fish today. 


Accommodations

The Bootlegger has sleeping space for a crowd!  As you enter companionway there is a master stateroom to port with queen size bed. This master has a built in nightstand along with teak hanging lockers. The master features an ensuite head and shower.  Located across from the master stateroom is a guest head. Just forward of the guest head you will find an over under crew bunk and overhead rod storage. A separate VIP forward stateroom offers another set of over under bunks and large teak trimmed counter top with teak drawers and cabinet. Additional rod storage is located overhead.

Salon

Upon entering the carpeted salon, you will be taken back by the enormous space you encounter. The Bootlegger offers comfortable seating and lounging space. A built in L shape sofa to port encases plenty of built in rod storage and tackle space. The starboard built in sofa offers more of the same. There is also a very generous 4 drawer tackle center to starboard just inside the salon door. A large teak trimmed galley counter top is located to port and has two refrigerators below. Dash to brow teak cabinetry houses a microwave, television and stereo system. 

Engine Room & Mechanical

The enormous engine room makes all general maintenance tasks a pleasure. Two 700 hp Luggers look small as you enter from the cockpit deck. Even the largest man can easily crawl around the outboard side of the engines. The excellent care and maintenance of this vessel is readily apparent as you inspect this area. Other features:
