The Lucia is the best selling catamaran in the hotly contested 40' market.  She wins out on all levels: best looking, best performance and best layout.  This Lucia is the owner’s version with the master cabin being the entire starboard hull with separate ensuite shower, vanity and head.  The port hull houses two guest cabins each with their own head & shower.  She's quick, fun to sail and the guests never spill a drink!  The Lucia 40 has big cat features that the competitors simply can't match:

The master suite in the owner’s version takes up the entire starboard hull and includes a walk-around island berth aft and a small desk amidships. Large lockers provide ample storage and can accommodate an optional washer/dryer. The toilet and shower are separate is in its own compartment with an enormous shower.  The port hull has two cabins and 2 heads.. Large salon table converts to berth

The galley opens up to the cockpit, so it’s nice and airy.
