Overview

A classic Grand Banks at it's best!

This beautiful 49 Grand Banks motoryacht is the coveted galley down version with the extra freezer and fridge units. Spacious salon for entertaining. The three cabin layout divides guest accommodations forward from the owners cabin aft with the third cabin as a separate office for keeping the work area separate from the rest of the living areas.

Powered by two Caterpiller 3208 with 5000 hrs fully serviced last fall with a Northern Lights 12KW generator with 3500 hrs.

Little Red last year (10/14) haul out received $75K in upgrades including all new thru hulls, seacocks, hoses and clamps.  The fuel tanks were cleaned and new ports installed on them. Two new air conditioning units installed. Both topsides and bottom were painted, zincs replaced and general out of water service to trim tabs and thrusters completed.

This is a beautiful example of timeless traditional blue water trawler that has been lovingly maintained by it's knowledgeable owners. Full service logs for the past ten years available.
