Overview

Professionally maintained 1990 54 ED.  Powered by Twin Detroit Diesel 8V92TA DDEC (720hp x 2) w/3300hrs.  Interior redesign in 2002 to include Beachwood interior addition to the wheelhouse and galley area.  (3)Three Stateroom + Office.  Bow Thruster, Stabilized, and 14’ Novurania w/50hp Yamaha included.  The current owner has owned her for the past 7 years and is looking for his next yacht.

Vessel Walkthrough

The 54 Extended Deck offers a wide beam superstructure and has an on-deck galley and salon with enclosed wheelhouse forward.  Below are three staterooms; three heads, office, and a master suite with private access from the salon.  There is a new carpet as of 2002 throughout the entire vessel.

From the salon above, a separate curved stairwell provides access to the walk-in engine room amidship and full beam master suite aft.  A full complement of built-in dressers and lockers are provided all around, including a large L-shaped hanging locker.  For comfortable viewing, a recessed television is mounted high on the bulkhead across from the foot of the queen berth.  The master also has a Panasonic cassette player.  The wood is white ash.  The head features jacuzzi tub and shower, Corian countertop, Italian tile flooring, custom wallpaper, and locker storage for toiletries, linens and supplies.

The below deck area provides a space efficient living environment with several areas laid out in a diagonal.  Three staterooms have walk-around queen berths and the fourth stateroom has been converted to a customized office with satellite television that was new in 2002, telephone, computer hook-up.

From the wheelhouse, curved stairs lead down to a landing area with conveniently located washer and dryer.  Here direct access to the bow stateroom and head, VIP guest stateroom and office is provided.  Through the use of multiple entry doors, the most forward head serves as a private area for the bow stateroom, or as a convenient day head.  New valances, carpeting and wallpaper.

Large windows all around help provide an open, airy environment on the main deck level.  The completely enclosed wheelhouse has an overhead electronics console and a helm station with a full array of gauges and electronics.  Here also is a double riding seat with chart drawers, storage cabinets and a sturdy ladder accessing the bridgedeck. Moving aft, the deckhouse is divided into a galley, entertainment center and salon area.

The entertainment center houses a stereo, large television, VCR, AM/FM cassette stereo, icemaker, bar sink, and glass and bottle storage.  The salon with large windows on both sides and aft has two large L-Shaped sofas.  A brakeover style sliding door aft leads to the working deck for line handling and docking convenience.  New valances, carpeting and wallpaper.

Additional Salesperson's Remark
