Overview

"All That Jazz" offers the desirable Caterpillar 3412TA engines with a very nice Aft Deck and his and her Master Bath. She also offers a large air conditioned Flybridge with hardtop and key bar with four (4) stools around bar for entertaining.

The helm station is entered from port & starboard from the Pilothouse doors. Going aft is the Galley which is a nice large size with full size refrigerator and a settee to starboard with granite counter top and leather linen upholstery. The Galley is opened up to the round dining table which is in the forward portion of the Salon.

The Salon has large windows port & starboard with an all glass bulkhead on the aft with a glass sliding door that opens to a the Aft Deck. Maple interior.

This vessel offers four (4) staterooms with one (1) king master aft private staircase to large master suite with his & hers heads and walk-in closet. The other three staterooms are accessed from the starboard side of the Pilothouse down several stairs with a midship suite (queen berth with private head and Jacuzzi tub). Forward is another third (3rd) stateroom with a walkaround queen berth with ensuite head. The fourth stateroom is a upper & lower berth with private head & shower stall.

The aft deck is teak and a very large area with steps down to cockpit area and platform. Plenty of storage here. A bar area, refrigerator and barbecue are also on aft deck.

Flybridge is very spacious with abundant bench seating, a custom "Key Bar" complete with barstools, refrigerator, ice maker and sink. two new A/C units installed 2013. "Pipewelders" hardtop covers this expansive Flybridge. Optional engine room "Pass Thru" offered from forward to aft. This space housing twin powerhouse CAT 3412TA Diesels
