This is a very rare Motor Yacht with full walk around decks and a passerelle at the stern.

She will work with both 50 or 60 cycle elect. Good for either the European or US market.

She is a magnificent vessel for her age. GREAT equipment... Super clean! She will survey extremely well.

Overview

This is one of the most expensive walk around 70' Hatteras motor yachts ever built. She has been delivered to her first owner in London in 1989 who ordered her for the European market. That is why she is designed to walk around complete for an easy mooring.

She underwent a big upgrade in 2012, mechanical as interior. Her owners put a big sliding door in the main Salon as well new Morse KE-4A electronic control system inclusive hand held remote control on the back of the ship.

Although the ship new carpet and wooden floors new varnished. As well all the toilets exacted for new ones.

This ship is in an excellent shape from the bottom to the top and ready to be used for the next season.

Sleeps 10 in 5 staterooms. 

Vessel walkthrough

Main entrances to this yacht are via the port side and starboard side doors into the pilothouse. Forward and down a few steps from the pilothouse. You will find three staterooms including the VIP, all with ensuite heads. Continuing aft is the galley and the main salon. On the starboard side of the salon, there is a stairway that’s leads down to the private master state room suite and the 2 single bed state room. Also the entrance of the machine room is there.  But with mooring stern to the shore the big sliding door will give access direct to the main salon or you can walk through the gangway to the side doors without entering the saloon.


Galley

The galley is very spacious household size appliances. It is up aft of the pilot house and includes a walk in pantry and breakfast bar. You can close this room for a more formal setting or from the wheelhouse for night running.

Master state room

The Master Stateroom is accessed through the stairways from the main salon. Walking in closed, dressing table with big mirror with lights, new carpet, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and renewed toilet. This room gives the feeling of exclusivity with the dark wood.

VIP Suite (Mid-Ship)

The VIP suite is accessed via a stairway leading from the pilothouse, forward of the engine room. It features a walk-around bed and a large ensuite bathroom.

Guest state room #1

This room is located forward to the port and features 2 single berths and a large window. Directly across the hall is the bathroom with shower. Which also serves as the day head.

Guest state room #2

This room is located all the way forward and features a private ensuite bathroom with shower. This state room can also be used as an extra stateroom for 2 persons. There are 2 single berths.

Guest state room #3

This room is located next to the master state room used aft the engine room and feathers an ensuite bathroom with shower. There are 2 single berths.

Flybridge

The flybridge is accessed through the stairway in the pilothouse. There is plenty of seating aft and the steering place is well equipped with navigation, VHF, dual seats. 2012 new Bimini top. Complete aft on the flybridge space for dingy inclusive a strong electric hydraulic crane.

Pilot house

The pilot house offers great visibility, a large dash pot holding most of electronics, a port and starboard pilothouse door which lead to the side decks and from there to the aft or the bow.  High gloss teak flooring like in the galley.
