YOU WILL GET YOU MONEY'S WORTH WHEN YOU PURCHASE THIS 1985 HUNTER 40 LEGEND. There are over $30K worth of upgrades completed over the past five years. Take time to review the extensive work the owner has done during his 14 year ownership. If your are a "techie" you will not believe the remote navigation computer additions that are on "Anthem". A complete refit has been down below from installing a power winch system to a sliding container for the cruising chute. Two AC systems provide comfort for the owners. LED lighting, solar panels and a revamped electrical system for the house and starter batteries are located under the queen bed. Access to the engine compartment has also been improved. The bimini & dodger canvas looks brand new. Don't pass on considering this terrific vessel.

Accommodations for six. V-Berth forward with hanging lockers port and starboard. The Main salon has a settee to port.  The dinette is to starboard with a drop leaf table that can seat six.  The Navigation station is aft of the settee to port.

A  LARGE aft cabin with a centerline queen berth.  The head is to port with a shower. there is  access to the head both from the aft cabin and the main salon. Ample drawers and hanging lockers.  

A beautiful teak & holly sole throughout.  Five opening ports, five Hella fans, and four opening hatches with screens and covers.  Low voltage LED lighting highlight the master stateroom.
