Overview

This immaculately maintained classic trawler is spacious, roomy, clean, comfortable and seaworthy. The 120 HP For Lehman has recently been overhauled and runs great. The boat is mechanically and electrically sound and is literally turnkey. The present owner has kept her clean and updated, and she has been cruised extensively.  She is comfortable (there is even a bathtub in the aft head!) and tough, with a proven track record.

This is a boat that you can sit comfortably aboard at the marina or at anchor and then take on an extensive cruise and have confidence in her seaworthiness. She has an ideal layout for a family or a couple who liked to have guests aboard, as there are two separate private staterooms and heads.

Whether you want to cruise the Great Loop and the ICW, take off to the Bahamas, or simply enjoy the view from the marina, this boat is an awesome find.

Boat US Review

Tankage

"Sea Change" carries 150 gallons of water in a steel tank and 300 gallons of fuel. The starboard fuel tank was recently emptied and cleaned and recoated. The port shows no signs of wear.

Engines

The original Ford Lehman 120 has been recently overhauled, and is clean and in fantastic shape. There is a Northern Lights Generator as well. The engine space is located under the salon and has fantastic drop-down access and is clean and immaculate.

Accommodations

Entering the bright and airy main salon from either side, you are welcomed into a spacious and comfortable living area. The dinette is perfect for entertaining, relaxing, dining, or just enjoying the view. The doors and windows are spaced to allow ventilation, giving the salon a light and airy feel. The dinette cushions have been replaced with custom finishing, and all of the teak detail has been replaced. The interior feels like new.

The galley is to starboard, and the dinette is to port. Forward of the galley is the interior helm station, with a pleasing mix of the traditional aesthetics and modern conveniences. Walking down unto the forward cabin, a spacious double berth sits underneath a custom and well-stocked bookshelf, surrounded with stainless steel opening ports and a new Lewmar hatch overhead. The forward head is enclosed and private.

In the aft stateroom, the double bed is on the port side and the head is to starboard. The head is spacious and even features a bathtub, which is a luxury on a vessel this size.

"Sea Change" has been loved and well-maintained. You must see her!
