Overview

$5,000 Price Reduction!!!   Owner says SELL NOW!!!  The owner of this much sought after Nelson-Marek designed Morgan/Catalina 43' CC has made many upgrades during his four year ownership.  Changes in life's circumstances has resulted in the seller making the difficult decision to put this great "Live Aboard" vessel back on the market.

90% of all the ports and hatches have been replaced.  The SOLE has been completely refinished.  She easily sleeps six and the aft master cabin queen bed comes with a new mattress and a private head & tub.

The large forward "V" berth double and pull-out salon couch can accommodate additional guests.  Loads of storage throughout this vessel is a BIG plus.  Forward of the aft master stateroom you will find the engine room which is spacious and easy to access.  There is a hanging locker on the port side with a bank of drawers next to it.

Moving forward to the galley which features double stainless steel sinks with plenty of counter work space.  The owner has replaced the propane stove & oven with a electric stove top range. (buyer needs to purchase & install).

The main salon is spacious and incorporates the couch on the port side witch converts to a double bed.  The navigation center with a chart table is also on the port side with easy viewing of all the necessary navigation instruments.   The guest head is to starboard and can also be accessed by a second door in the forward "V" berth.

The newly added hardtop ($25K value) with a fully enclosed cockpit area has massive opening shatter proof glass windows and zip up side curtains.   Dinghy Included with sale
