Overview

This is a Navigator/Californian yacht with a full stand up engine room and great access.  New exhaust risers, new batteries, new anchor, new bridge stereo with XM satellite radio receiver and new screens.

OWNER WILLING TO TRADE FOR A SMALLER BOAT! Preferably a Trawler or a Motoryacht.

Accommodations

This Navigator/Californian yacht has a full stand up engine room and great access. New exhaust risers, new batteries, new anchor, new bridge stereo with XM satellite radio receiver, new screens, new dinghy upholstery, new fire extinguishers, new teak tables (bridge & cockpit). New bottom paint (5/15).

This boat has a top speed of 30.5 knots and easily cruises in the 20 plus knot range. The fuel economy is equal to or better than similar size boats. ESCAPADE made a Gulf Stream crossing this summer from Stuart, FL to Grand Cay in the northern Bahamas on one engine, burning only 25 gallons of diesel! About one gallon per hour at slow speed.

Vessel Walkthrough

Details on each cabin/area follow this walkthrough. You’ll usually board the boat at the hardtop covered cockpit or swim platform. The cockpit is a ½ step up from the swim platform, through stainless steel gates (one on the starboard side and one on the port side). Access to the raised express bridge deck is up two steps on the starboard side. A walkway leads straight ahead, past the large comfortable express bridge/helm area to the below deck entry, a hinged, heavy duty aluminum framed glass door with screen that swings up at a 45 degree angle to open.

Down 3-4 steps takes you into the salon, galley and accommodations area. Bright with lots of natural light and ventilation, with beautiful high gloss walnut wood on the bulkheads, doors, etc. Immediately at the bottom of these 3-4 steps on the right side is the extensive entertainment center and main electronics panel. On the left (port) side is the entrance to the master stateroom, down 2 steps with its en suite head/bathroom. Ahead from the entertainment center is an “L” shaped leather settee (with 3 large storage bins under the cushions), on the left (port) side forward of the master stateroom is the spacious galley, separated from the salon by a bar/counter with two stools. This entire area is flooded with light from two overhead opening round hatches with screens and from an opening port light with screen to port and starboard. Beyond the galley and settee is a centerline hallway/foyer leading to the day head and VIP stateroom.

A solid walnut wood door closes off this foyer to create the VIP suite complete with en suite head/bathroom.

This completes the general below deck walkthrough. See below for a detailed description and list of features for each of these cabins/areas.

Note: Yachting Magazine used the terms elegant and luxurious when describing the Veneti. It is a true yacht based on quality and size.
