Please note: This particular Nordic Tug 37 must be carefully reviewed to be appreciated and understood in comparison to other sister-ships on the market.  The original and current owner implemented significant product improvements both during the build process as well as over his twelve year ownership term. •Mast re-engineered and custom built to higher standards using Custom fabricated Stainless Steel components and upgraded electric winches for safe Dinghy hoist process.
•Klaxon air horn supported by Kahlenberg compressor & 20 gallon tank (Enhanced safety device for running in fog or congested channels. Air tank has valves, hose & nozzle that enable use of the compressor for cleaning, inflation etc.)
•Spray rails installed to reduce spray on windshield when underway 
•Hull modified at bow to reduce chine slap at anchor in exposed anchorage
•“Dairyland Electrical lndustries” Galvanic Isolator installed to electrical system (protects boat from corrosion to underwater metal components from stray currents)
•Fuel vacuum gauge mounted at helm to monitor for restricted fuel filters
•Reverse gear oil temperature and pressure gauges plus warning lights installed
•Oversized sunlight viewable bilge pump indicator lights installed on helm console 
•Additional overhead lights installed in engine room and bilge 
•Spurrs line cutters on prop shaft
•Upgraded thru-hull water strainer to a “Sendure” unit. (Reduces intake restriction from eel grass common to Cape Cod and southern New England, secures to a mounting plate on the hull and can be detached for cleaning and access to the underlying thru-hull)

Arrangement Plan

Typical throughout the Nordic Tug series, the layout consists of a working cockpit, entry to the main deck salon which houses settee and galley, two steps up to the Pilot House with helm and companion seating, then 3 steps down forward to the accommodations offering 2 cabins and head w/ stall shower.  The boat sleeps a total of 6, 2 in the forward master stateroom with island queen and 2 in the guest stateroom with 2 upper/lower twin bunks and 2 on the convertible salon settee. The interior is fitted out in rubbed effect Teak, Carpet and Teak & Holley sole in the wheel house. The interior color scheme is shades of Green and the soft goods are in excellent condition.

Forward is the master stateroom with Island queen berth with storage beneath, hanging lockers to port and starboard and sheer cabinets outboard of the queen berth. The owner had the overhead deck hatch enlarged for greater light and ventilation as well as improved safety egress. He also added a port light in the forward facing cabin house surface. 

The guest stateroom is aft to port with upper/lower bunks, lower bunk quite generous. There is a hanging locker and chest of drawers in this cabin plus port lights. 

The head with separate stall shower, vanity and storage is across the passageway to starboard Counter w/ sink and water faucet, storage lockers & drawers.
