Overview

The M & M is an original owner boat (Hull # 94) with the large Single Master stateroom with a walk-around Queen size berth, and built-in drawer and locker storage. The Head (slightly larger than in the 2 stateroom version) is located to starboard with a sink, toilet, and stall shower. To port is a Custom built-in Norcold freezer and additional storage (this boat is also plumbed and wired for a combo Washer/Dryer, to be located below the freezer). Heading aft and up two steps is the Pilothouse and helm area, with built-in helm & companion lounges and storage below those, and Port & Starboard sliding doors for access to the side decks. Heading aft again and down two steps is the Salon and Galley area. There is an L-shaped settee to port with folding dining table, and the Settee also makes into a large single berth . The Galley is to starboard and features a large Corian countertop with stainless steel sink, Princess electric stove, and an over-sized Custom refrigerator. The entire interior is paneled and trimmed in high quality teak with many built-in cabinets. The upholstery in the Salon and Pilothouse is new as of May 2016, as is the Custom wood flooring in the Pilothouse, Salon and Head. (Please note that the Virtual Tour Video in this listing was taken before the new upholstery and flooring were installed!)  Aft again into the large Cockpit which features an extended fiberglass roof overhang, storage locker and Lazarette access. The ladder to the upper bridge deck is to Port and the upper bridge deck features an over-sized Custom built ($15,000) aluminum and canvas top for complete protection from the Sun. Please note that the entire top and supports can be removed from the upper deck in minutes by undoing 6 hex head Allen bolts, and there are NO wires or cables involved. There is an upper helm area with shift and throttle controls, helm seat and standing platform. Steering is accomplished using the Auto-Pilot remote. There is a U-zip and backrest in the top, which allows you to stand on the standing platform when navigating the shallows in the Keys and Bahamas, so you can easily see the sand bottom colors. Update – Fall 2016 - The M & M has just had a complete engine and generator service – oils, filters, impellers, zincs, belts, hoses, etc. Also complete bottom job, prop coats, and zincs.  She is turn-key and ready for a new owner to take her South for the season!
