She has a 3 Stateroom/ 2 Head layout with upper and lower helms, efficient Yanmar power and many other notable options. Yes, she could use some cosmetic updates (reflected in price) but she’s mechanically sound and can be cruised immediately!

Still The Boardroom sleeps six owners and guests in three staterooms with two full heads.
Layout from bow: Chain locker is followed by the master stateroom, which features a center-line queen berth with designer soft goods, bedspread, pillows and shams. Twin cedar-lined hanging lockers to port and starboard. There is a private ensuite master head with granite counter tops, a large stall shower and a Vacu-flush toilet. Aft of the master and to port is a large guest/day head, also featuring granite counter tops, large stall shower and a Vacu-flush toilet. The VIP stateroom is located aft of the guest head on the port side. This comfortable stateroom features a double berth, a large cedar-lined hanging locker and built-in storage beneath the berth. Includes matching designer soft goods, bedspread, pillows and shams.

Across the companionway to starboard is a second guest stateroom, featuring twin over-and-under berths outboard, two built-in cedar-lined hanging lockers and a large pantry/stowage locker. Includes matched designer soft goods, bedspreads, pillows and shams.

Up four steps and aft is the main cabin, with raised lower helm station situated forward to starboard. Ultra-leather helm seat with storage beneath and a full suite of electronics and controls at the helm.

The galley is opposite helm to port on a teak and holly sole.  Includes granite counters, stainless steel sink, glass electric cook-top, stainless microwave/convection oven, refrigerator/freezer and ample drawer and cabinet stowage.

The salon, featuring a curved settee to port with unique custom fabric upholstery and built-in storage, stretches aft from the galley.  There is a custom high/low table that unfolds to provide dining for six.  Custom designed ottomans, with storage, are kept under the pop-up table for extra seating.  On the starboard side, there is a large cabinet that serves as a pantry.  Forward of this are two custom barrel chairs with built in storage.  Forward of the chairs and just aft of the raised helm is the custom entertainment cabinet with a pop-up 42' LCD TV and a DVD/CD and storage.
The interior is finished with well-crafted teak paneling and quality joinery in the Ocean Alexander tradition! Designer interior fixtures and custom designer carpeting extend throughout the entire vessel, and were selected for durability and style.

Aft glass double doors open to the large cockpit, with transom gate to the integrated swim/dive platform.  Instead of a ladder, the flybridge is accessible via molded-in fiberglass steps leading from the cockpit.  Here you will find the complete upper station with full electronics, a pedestal mounted helm chair, and a cruising dinette table with fold down wing.  Comfortable guest seating is available on the wrap around divan with reversible backrest for co-pilot position.

On the aft deck of the bridge is a well-designed cabinet containing a wet bar and an electric grill!
