Overview

Traci Ann is a 60' Ocean Alexander Pilothouse in exceptional condition.  Boathouse kept, fully serviced, updated interior and systems, and ready to go!

This 60' Ocean Alexander has a raised pilothouse and (3) staterooms.  Starting at the bow is the master stateroom with centerline queen berth and private ensuite head with shower/half tub.  Next aft to starboard is the guest head with stall shower and opposite are the stairs leading up to the pilothouse.  Aft of the guest head and stairs are (2) mirror guest staterooms with double berths.

The raised pilothouse has an expansive helm with full instrumentation, helm chair, large raised settee, doors leading to the side decks port and starboard, steps leading up the flybridge and steps leading down and aft to the galley/salon level.

The expansive galley (with updated appliances and countertop), and salon area also features a day head.  The spacious galley has tremendous storage and counter space.  The salon has a custom L-shaped settee,  built-in straight settee, custom table, leather chair, custom hardwood floors, and access to the cockpit through double sliding doors.
