Fresh water boat for 23 years, inside heated winter storage. This 1983 Ocean Alexander 70 Cockpit Motor Yacht is as custom as you will find. The owner has over $1M invested to back-up this statement. The cockpit extension, customized flybridge, new deckhouse windows and numerous interior/exterior upgrades make this one of the most comfortable and accommodating cruising motor yachts on the market.

Features

In the winter storage season of 1995/96 the cockpit was added and the flybridge fully redesigned. During the winter of 1996/97 the salon was lengthened to incorporate the previously unfinished aft deck. In 2008 the engines were majored. In 2010/11 all the pilothouse windows, salon windows and all stainless portholes were removed and replaced with new. In 2012/12 the exterior was Awlgripped. All tallied the owner has invested over $1M in custom work, and a 14'5" Boston Whaler Rage with 90HP Jet engine.
