1999 45' Ocean Convertible in excellent condition with only 1100 Hours. 

Accommodations

The Master Stateroom is forward with a full walk around queen berth lying diagonally athwart ships on the port side. There are nightstands on either side of the berth and ample storage in 6 large drawers under the berth. Opposite to starboard is a large built-in dresser and a cedar lined hanging locker. Above the dresser is a 20" TV/VCR with remote for relaxed entertainment. A full height mirror on the aft bulkhead helps before a night out. The entire yacht is air-conditioned and this cabin has an SMX digital thermostat control. The Master Head is ensuite and forward of the Master Stateroom. There is a Sea-Land Vac-U-Flush head to port and a nice vanity with Corian counters to starboard. The yacht has a 50 gal. holding tank. At the peak of the bow is a spacious shower with seat and access to the anchor locker is thru here. The large Bomar hatch above with a screen and sunshade can provide abundant natural ventilation. 

The Guest Cabin is on the starboard side aft of the Master Stateroom and has an athwart ships queen berth. Air conditioning is provided off the Master Stateroom and there is a large cedar lined hanging locker. There are halogen ceiling lights and reading lights above the berth. 

The Guest/Day Head is opposite the Guest Cabin on the port side. It also features a Sea-Land Vac-U-Flush head, Corian countertop with good storage underneath and a hand held shower. Hidden in a locker is a combination Washer/Dryer. 

The Galley is up on the port side of the Main Salon. Beautiful teak and holly soles and Corian counters highlight the space. The aft counter with refrigerator and freezer under under the counter are separate from the galley. 

The Salon features the upgraded deluxe package with a comfortable L-shaped leather couch with a pull out berth aft and fishing rod storage on the port side. A teak hi-low table with fold out leaves is before the couch and the entire space is shaded with mini-blinds for privacy. To starboard is an L-shaped dinning area with space for 4 people. On the forward bulkhead is a complete entertainment system and the after corner near the door has a full wet bar. 

The spacious cockpit is the center of activity for fishing or outdoor entertaining and has a beautiful teak combing all around. There is a cockpit freezer, a chilled live bait well, a fish box and 2 storage lockers. Forward on the bulkhead are a fish sink with 5-drawer tackle center, to starboard is a set of rear throttle controls. 

Above is the spacious Fly bridge with centerline helm control and 2 helm seats. Additional seating is provided with a large settee forward of the helm and another alongside to port, both with ample storage underneath. The entire area is covered with a factory installed hardtop, which has a custom Bomar hatch above the helm seat and is fully enclosed with an EZ2CY 4 sided enclosure. A small drinks fridge and a set of stereo speakers provide entertainment.
