Overview

Miss Jan is a truly special Ocean 55 Convertible. She enjoyed a Cay Marine customizing in 2004 and a complete refit again in 2013 and 2014. She has rebuilt 8V92TA Detroit Diesels with 130 hrs. SMOH and a 13.5 Koehler genset with 82 hrs. SNEW!. Awlgrip paint from the rubrails up in 2013, late model Raymarine electronics, Tommy Bahama designer interior, upgraded everything!. She is priced aggressively and will not disappoint.

Vessel Walkthrough

Upon entering the main salon, the open and airy interior spaces are accentuated by a designer Tommy Bahama interior scheme. The convertible sofa with storage below is located aft to port and across to starboard are two occasional chairs. A custom coffee table lends practicality to a cozy and well appointed area for socializing. All wall surfaces are teak Forward to starboard is a dinette with storage below and a console mounted 50" Samsung LED TV.

Custom valances and window treatments along with new carpet and upholstery give the feel of a much newer yacht. To port is a gourmet galley with Corian counter tops, under counter Sub Zero refrigerators and freezer, Icemaker, built in convection microwave and copious amounts of storage. 

The centerline stairway leads to the berthing accommodations with a guest stateroom port and starboard, each with private ensuite heads, (each with stall shower) hanging lockers and drawers. Forward on center is the master stateroom with pedestal style berth, his and hers hanging lockers and drawers and a complete head facility with stall shower, updated head and custom vanity. The interior of this yacht looks, smells and feels like new with her total upgrade and constant high level maintenance.
