Custom made beach platform and transom inflatable fendering to be manufactured by Henshaw Inflatable’s Ltd. (This will be very similar to the Fendering supplied for 40M011.) 

Due to there being no beach door and transom rails (as specified on 40M011) the fendering will require sockets to be installed into the beach door and transom to allow the Fendering to be fastened.

To supply and fit main deck cockpit cover with zipped pockets 

Cover fitted on 40M011 consisted of a large retractable stainless steel structure fitted in the main deck canopy; this is not possible on 40M012 due to the current stage of build.

Fabric colour exterior covers in Weathermax Silver from Weathermax collections

To supply and fit Samsung 46” TV Set in crew mess area in place of standard 32” TV Set

To supply protection covers to all internal furniture and carpets (Fabric colour covers in Weathermax Silver from Weathermax collections)

Heavy cotton twill covers to be manufactured in a cream colour (agreed with Mark Berryman)

The covers would comprise of all tables, all loose chairs, all sofas, carpets and main walkways through areas of timber flooring. 

To supply protection covers to all external furniture (Fabric colour exterior covers in Weathermax Silver from Weathermax collections)

As an additional sun lounger has been specified on 40M012 this will need an additional cover.
