This is a USA delivered Princess Yacht which had just previous to this model's introduction been called a Viking Sport Cruiser and the hull ID number still identifies it as such.  Attractive Black Cherry interior cabinetry with satin finish is nicely appointed, featuring a full beam master stateroom with hull side windows plus three additional guest staterooms.  There is also a separate crew quarters with head and shower. 

Original owner boat that has been in Florida throughout it's time.  The preferred CAT C-18 ACERT power package is likely to provide dependable mechanical longevity.  Captain reports that engine services are current.  Bow and stern thrusters make dockside handling easier and a hydraulic platform is another great option.
