This would be great boat for anyone who wants a manageable rig that you can fish, travel and spend some long weekends on. The owner is a motivated seller and he has priced her to be affordable and at a great deal for what she is. Come check her out.

General Specs

The Rampage 30 Express features a hull made of pre-impregnated end-grain balsa, sandwiched between layers of fiberglass and resin for superior strength and insulating qualities. The roomy, self-bailing cockpit area was designed for fishermen with all the features experienced anglers demand, including a 55-gallon baitwell, a swing-out walk-through transom door, full coaming bolsters, a fully equipped bait-prep station with an insulated fish box that is both removable and macerated, and fresh and raw water washdowns. The high-tech helm features full instrumentation including an engine synchronizing gauge and hour meters, and an aluminum steering wheel that tilts out to provide easy access to wiring and electronics. The 19-degree, deep-V hull together with the choice of either twin diesel or gas power, gives this boat impressive performance and handling in all conditions. With fuel and fresh water capacities of 250 and 31 gallons respectively, the 30 Express delivers impressive cruising range. Engine inspections and maintenance are a breeze thanks to the electrically actuated engine hatch. The large, uncluttered engine compartment is both lighted and sound insulated. Belowdecks, the 30 Express is finished in cherry wood and gold hardware, and features such amenities as a settee lounge that converts to upper and lower sleeping bunks with rod storage beneath; a roomy double V-berth forward with a cedar-lined hanging closet; a complete galley with refrigerator, microwave, storage drawers, and cabinets; and a full-sized head featuring a tile floor, a standup shower, and a built-in vanity with sink and storage.

Interior and Layout

The Betsy Leigh offers a pretty spacious cockpit with a Release battle saddle rocket launcher, in deck fish box, fresh and salt water wash down, an actuated helm deck, helm seating for several people. The helm itself is to starboard, with electronics, battery switches and rocker switch subpanels at arm's reach. There are storage drawers, a mini fridge and seating to port.

The salon hatch is on centerline and leads below to a comfortable layout within. Couch to starboard with storage, large v-berth bedding forward and a countertop/galley to port as well as the head and shower. She offers a teak and holly sole, laminate cherry finish and trim throughout, corian countertops, SS sink, GE Microwave, Toshiba TV, Clarion stereo and air conditioning.

Above decks is a comfortable and very fishable marlin tower with controls, electronics and teaser reels.
