FEATURES
Center Console – Exterior
Regulator utilizes a custom-built Taylor-made frameless curved tempered glass windshield that offers unobstructed views from the helm deck area. The console features a recessed comfort footrest, a small storage box for smaller items like sunglasses, sunblock, and mobile phones. The foreword portion of the console in front of the windshield features a molding in console seat with back and headrests. At the helm area of the console there is a console storage tray with stainless steel cup holders and an Edson steering wheel with power knob. The electronics panel provides substantial real estate to mount the largest of marine electronic displays.
Center Console - Interior
The 34’ Regulator has a spacious center console with stand up head room and a berth for two adults. Access to the inside of the console is located on the port side and features a fiberglass frameless cabin-console door. A two-step, single strutted Flexiteek treaded staircase provides easy access to the cabin. Once inside there is immediate access to the fresh water sink area and porcelain head. The head has a fold up cover that extends the counter top if desired. Mounted up above the head you will find the controller for the 12vdc 5000 BTU air conditioning unit as well as a GFCI 110VAC outlet. The batteries, aluminum water tank, waste tank, Y-valve, AC condenser, electronics, and midship thruhulls are all nicely concealed behind heavy-duty hinged access panels.
Deck and Cockpit
Regulator has eliminated the two-level deck design on the 34 Center Console resulting in a single level platform which provides a much easier time fighting a fish or docking the boat. The massive U-shaped bow seating has four Stainless Steel flush mount cup holders on each side as well as a set of removable forward seat cushions that are not only secured with stainless steel snaps, but also with slide-in tracks. The forward seating area provides additional dry storage below and also doubles up as insulated fish boxes. Moving forward of the bow seating area there is an oversized anchor locker which houses the Lewmar Anchor Windlass.
Fishing
The 34 has concealed rod storage in two different areas. Above deck there is rod storage under the forward seating area; each side will accommodate (3) 6 foot medium size straight-butt rod reel combinations. In the console there is vertical rod storage for (5) straight butt rods. The powder-coated T-Top has a 5-rod rocket launcher and Lee’s Tackle Sidewinder Outriggers; the outriggers are adjustable for low bridge clearance and trailering. The Livewell / leaning post provides an additional 5-rod rocket launcher. The upper deck has (8) flush mount rod holders. All fish-boxes on the 34 Regulator are insulated including the forward seat fish-boxes.
The transom fish-box and transom Livewell both provide illumination.
