2019 season was totally dedicated to completion of the bottom & evolved into restoration of the entire hull.
Important note: No real issues with the hull.
Allure was finished in a light tan with the consideration that she may sail south where heat could be a serious issue. The colour also is neutral enough that although it goes with the current burgandy sail covers etc., it would look fantastic with many of the available canvas colours such as black or navy.
Exterior woodwork such as the toe rail, handrails on the pilothouse & 6 dorade boxes were all sanded & finished with 3 coats of Cetol (Natural Teak) within the last month.
Allure carries over 900 sq. ft of sail - main, mizzen, jib & staysail. Both head sails are on furlers,
Interior - teak & holly cabin sole, most of the other wood is cherry.
Aft cabin - large double/queen berth with "walk in closet".
Dinette table lowers to make a nice sized double berth.
V-berth is essentially like 2 singles.
Galley - 2 burner pressurized alcohol gimbaled stove & oven with stainless heat shield mounted above. Also 2 small single burner butane stoves built in to counter top. A 2 burner induction cooktop that is inset into gimbaled stovetop for use when docked. Refrigerator with small freezer (ice cube) compartment automatically switches from shorepower to battery.
3 solar panels mounted on top of pilothouse.
Cummins 65 hp diesel engine, bow thruster, hydraulic steering, bo thruster.
