This is a well presented and maintained Oceanis 31. She has had very light and gentle use. Two owners from new.  Fin Keel, Wheel Steering and In Mast Furling. Electric Anchor Windlass. This yacht is offered as a fun, fast sailing vessel which likes to be sailed flat and can outrun many larger boats. The Beneteau 31 is an outstanding light air sailing boat. With a plum bow and a beam that is carried well aft, the boat is spacious with a large, comfortable cockpit and walk-through transom which makes access to the water easy. The interior wood reflects the modern Beneteau styling, with clean lines, light varnished Alpi wood finish, and a spacious Air conditioned 2-cabin layout. She is a roomy-thirty-one footer. and has been lightly used with only 145 hours on her Yanmar engine.
