Starting with the 350 MAG MPI Mercruiser Bravo III drive, which has 100 hours, this cruiser has several highlights. At full speed this Searay will do 134 miles in range, at cruising speeds of 20.5 knots/3500 rpm's. The 280 Sundancer could maintain that speed for seven hours, 48 minutes, and 184 miles while still using 9.7 gph of fuel, leaving 10% in reserve.

Key features include a Sony audio surround system, water heater, Garmin GPS, air conditioning, two stoves-one located in the cockpit and the other found inside the cabin, in addition to a 950 watt Panasonic microwave and a Norcold refrigerator located in the galley. In the salon you could find a V-shaped dinette that converts into a berth. Once you walk into the cabin you will encounter the head in the starboard.

This Searay is equipped with a spoiler covered by a Navy blue Bimini top to match the color of the hull and provide shade for passengers in the cockpit and the captain. In the cockpit there are multiple storage compartments and a wet bar.
