Accommodations

This interior is cherry done with a matte-finish and Ivory colored leatherette seating and dark Terra solid surface counter and vanity tops.  There is a traditional Sundancer layout which in this model year features the master stateroom forward with a centerline double berth (drawers and storage below).  Hanging locker storage is to either side at the outboard foot of the berth.  Overhead is a deck hatch providing natural light or ventilation with a retractable screen or shade cover.  Reading lights are above the berth by the headboard.  This stateroom also has a TV.  A split head arrangement is just aft with the sink/vanity/mirror on the portside and the shower stall thru a separate door on the starboard side.

Continuing aft there is the main cabin area which has the galley, countertops and cabinets along the starboard side with three hullside windows and matched cherry blinds.  A TV is on a retractable lift that comes down from the ceiling above the galley counter.  On the portside is a large comfortable settee with curved backrest that can be converted to an additional single berth when needed.  In front of the settee is an oval wood topped table with can be used for dining with two stools (or ottomans) tucked beneath the table (hi-low).  The three hull side windows to port are behind the settee with blinds.  Overhead is a large opaque skylight with retractable shade for natural lighting in addition to the hull windows.  The sole is carpeted with properly fitted canvas runner.  There are wood (cherry / holly) steps going up to the bridge deck on the aft portside corner of the cabin.

Further aft is the Sundancer guest cabin with L-shape settee that converts to a double berth. This area can be separated from the main cabin by use of a hideaway pocket door, but when open it appears as an extension of the main cabin.  In the cabinet on the portside of this area is a TV.  Just forward on the starboard side is the guest/day head which is finished similar to the master head, although it is a wet-head with retractable shower curtain and drained sole.

In summary, there are two cabins and two heads with a convertible settee that could sleep a total of 5 persons.

Neat and clean, this 44 Sundancer has the preferred classic white hull tastefully trimmed with a Navy Blue boot stripe and navy canvas.  Low original hours on her 500hp Cummins common-rail diesels.  A fresh Garmin package is just a year old.  Seller is sincere about wanting a prompt sale.  Well worth your time to inspect.
