Vessel Overview

This 2010 Sundancer 450 has a gleaming black hull and has been exceptionally well maintained.  It only has approximately 385 hours on the Cummins diesels with the Zeus pod drive system.  This includes joystick controls for ease of docking in any conditions and has the highly popular "sky hook" feature which will automatically maintain the vessels' stationary position when activated.  This combination makes for stress free close quarters docking and maneuvering in tight quarters. 

There is a complete array of navigational equipment which includes a Garmin 5212 chartplotter as well as a Raymarine E120 chartplotter with 4kw HD radar and bottom sounder.  The Mercruiser Precision Pilot Autopilot makes longer voyages a breeze and a Raymarine Ray 204 VHF provides reliable communications. The comfortable cockpit is protected by a full hardtop with an electric sunroof and the cockpit has it's own dedicated air conditioning system for cruising comfort. The cockpit even offers a flat screen TV connected to the satellite TV receiver and an electric grill, refrigerator and sink for entertaining at the dock or when relaxing in your favorite anchorage.  The aft seat backs even swing open to convert to a large sunbathing or lounge area.

The spacious air conditioned cabin below features a unique media room abaft the main cabin.  This area features a large 37 inch flat screen TV and the seating converts to sleeping quarters for guests.  The upgraded Bose stereo surround sound system is very impressive and this area offers unique accent lighting. The main cabin features a roomy dinette and a full featured galley with sink, refrigerator/freezer, two burner cooktop and microwave.  The forward cabin has a door for privacy as well as it's own flat screen TV.  There is a roomy head and the completely separate shower area is conveniently located. 

Plexi V has been maintained in excellent conditon by her current owners and is only offered for sale because the owner has purchased a larger Sea Ray.  In October of 2014 the cockpit air conditioner was replaced, the bottom was painted and the batteries were replaced.  An engine room camera was added for security and peace of mind while underway. This vessel is detailed every 3-4 months and has a complete cockpit cover for protection from the elements when the vessel is not in use.

Cockpit Features

The large cockpit is arranged to facilitate easy access to the swim platform and places all the needed amenities within easy reach.  The Captain is seated on a double wide Helm with flip up thigh high bolster, armrests and heavy duty pedestal with slide and Pneumatic vertical adjustment. This places the Captain within easy reach of the electronic engine controls, all electronics and the easy to operate joystick controller. On the portside there is another double wide seat with flip up bolster and a fiberglass storage base. 

Just aft of the the Captain and guest seating is U-shaped seating with storage below and on the starboard side is the optional grill, sink, cooler storage, ice maker and flat screen TV.

hull and Deck Features

This vessel features a beautiful black hull.  There are stainless railings that assure safe passage to the bow where there is a sunpad for relaxing.  An electric windlass with foot controls, and helm controls, handles the anchoring duty with ease.  A helm controlled remote spotlight is located on the bow for increased safety at night.

There is a large transom door for easy access to the large swim platform which has a built in swim ladder for ease of entry from the water.  The transom has a large storage locker for line and fender storage.  The dual 30 amp shorpower cord connections are contained in a separate compartment in the port quarter of the transom.  The aft cockpit seating backs open for a large sunpad area that is ideal for relaxing and sunbathing.
