"Rosinante" is an exceptional 453 Silverton with the desirable fully enclosed bridge and aft deck. Both the bridge and aft deck are extremely spacious and comfortable with full air conditioning and heat as well as tinted glass.  This climate controlled space adds to an already abundant amount of living space making this the roomiest 45 you'll find hands down.  In addition to its usability, the hard enclosure helps reduce the maintenance costs of the boat eliminating the need to repair and replace canvas that inevitably goes bad and costs thousands of dollars every four or five years!

The spacious afteck w/ hardtop has ample room for entertaining and includes a wetbar/refrigerator! Also heated and AC with tinted safety glass and new carpet!

The salon features a large sofa and recliner and large entertainment center. The galley and dinette are two steps up from the salon and feature a side by side subzero refrigerator and freezer, along with plenty of counter and storage space. Cherry wood appointments and attention to detail throughout!

The midship VIP stateroom features private access to the forward head with separate shower stall and access to the walk in engine room. The bow stateroom has twin beds and is adjacent to the washer/dryer combination in the companionway. The master stateroom has a large walk-around berth and a separate head with a large tub and shower!

Accommodations & Layout

"Rosinante" is a wonderful example of the Silverton 453 Motoryacht.  Featuring one of the best layouts in the industry this model covered all the basis when it comes to livability.  The three stateroom arrangement provides the owner privacy aft with a walk around queen berth, private head that even features a bathtub.  Forward and midship is a VIP stateroom that rivals most 50 footer's master.  The stateroom features a walk around berth private access to a large head with stall shower and a convenient walk in access to the engine room.  The third stateroom is forward with criss-cross twin berths.  The VIP and guest stateroom are accessed through a bright companionway that provides additional hull side lockers and a washer/dryer.  All staterooms have an abundance of locker and drawer space, overhead and reading lights and plenty of natural light as well.

Just up from the staterooms is a generous full beam salon (thanks to the innovative "sidewalk" side decks) that has a comfortable settee to starboard with dual incliners and separate incliner to port.  The entertainment center is to starboard as well directly across from the sofa allowing for comfortable TV viewing and movie watching.  Forward in the salon is a raised counter with stools creating additional seating and dining space.  Up two stairs but still open to the salon is the galley and dinette.  Silverton really outdid themselves here as the galley is bright and open with the full forward windshield acting as its forward bulkhead.  Chef's will love the amount of room the galley affords while letting them still have great views underway and full communication with anyone in the salon.  Abundant cabinet space, below counter sub zero refrigerator and freezer, solid surface counters are just a few of the features.  A dinette to starboard again provides great views while dining and Silverton cleverly put a door to the starboard side decks with a pass through in the dinette allowing for quick access to the bow or the ability for fresh air when open.   The bow does feature a built in bench seat, fender lockers, windlass and easy to traverse side decks back up to the enclosed flybridge.

You simply cannot get more into 45 feet!  A terrific design for anyone looking to spend extended time on-board both cruising or just relaxing!
