Galley, electrics, deck paint is in Awlgrip cream color non skid, smooth surfaces are Oyster White , hull updates, windows re bedded, cockpit has new wheel, and new paint on pedestal. Hull updates including much paint works.

She has 220/110 system updates. 110 system from a 2kw transformer, She now operates on 50 and 60 hz. New LED lighting. New Nav station cabinetry in black Formica. New inverter, New Chargers new batteries are golf cart style.

The five stateroom plan for Ocean Sunrise yields an impressive layout for both family cruising and living aboard, and obviously chartering. So much work has been recently done to improve her comfort and modernize her for the next family.

The dining table seats six to eight guests and the salon is spacious and comfortable for lounging.

Many new updates make the interior fresh.

EXTERIOR PAINT

Entire Decks and house painted in Cream nonskid and Oyster white offsets, awlgrip, 2020, massive job. Owner comments that this makes the boat look 25 years newer. HULL, some paint work in 2019 done to improve finish. Awlgrip.
