Overview

As all models, the Cantieri Estensi 480 Goldstar S was carefully designed by Zuccheri Yacht Design and it is built with a criteria that allow to reach the safest requirements for the navigation, according to CE category A.
This is the sportiest boat in the range and, like all models, offers a choice of outfitting. The lower deck accommodates the master cabin with en-suite bathroom and two guests cabins, one with double bed and the other with separate berths, with relative bathroom. Completing the outfitting is a crew cabin, although the space can used as a storeroom or laundry room if preferred. The position of the galley on the lower deck leaves room for two generous entertainment spaces on the upper deck.

CONSTRUCTION

Design category: CE A. Neopentylic Gelcoat, white hull. GRP hull
and deck, hand-stratified with biaxial fabrics. Vinyl ester resin
first laminations of keel. Structural sandwich composite heatresistant
deck and bulwarks. Longitudinal members and
strengthening plates with biaxial and unidirectional fabrics.

PROPULSION AND STEERING SYSTEM

450HP FPT M65 ENT M45 engines. ZF 286 IV marine transmissions
with electrohydraulic shifting. AISI 630 stainless steel propeller
shafts, Ø 50mm. Maintenance-free Volvo propeller shaft seals. 4-
blade bronze propellers. Hydraulic steering system. Bronze rudder.
Trim tabs (flaps).

FUEL SYSTEM

Two stainless steel fuel tanks with a total capacity of 2,000 litres
(+/- 5%). Fillers on side decks. Fuel gauges in wheelhouse and
fuel levels visible in engine room. Water/fuel separator filter with
visible and audible water presence alarm in wheelhouse Electric
shutoff valves on fuel intakes from tanks.

WATER AND BILGE PUMP SYSTEMS

Structural fibreglass freshwater tank of capacity 800 litres (+/-
5%) lined entirely with non-toxic gel coat. Water level gauge in
wheelhouse. Water filler on side deck. Electric boiler for bathrooms,
galley and stern shower. Centralised water system with double
pressure pumps for galley, bathrooms and external appliances.
2 greywater systems. Freshwater flush toilets. Bilge pump system
with double automatic electric pumps and audible alarms in
wheelhouse.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Main electrical panel for 24Vdc and 230Vac appliances. Engine
(2x200A) and service (2x200A) battery bank. Paralleling system
for engine and service batteries. Alternators on engines. Battery
disconnecting switches controlled from wheelhouse. Shore voltage
voltmeter. Voltmeter for service or engine batteries. Ammeter for
24Vdc appliances. Automatic battery chargers. Watertight steel
230Vac shore socket. 230Vac line with power points in every
room. Fixed lighting in every room.

MOORING AND ANCHORING SYSTEMS

Stainless steel cleats and chocks. Quick 1400W winch with bow
remote control and control in wheelhouse. 20 kg galvanized Bruce
anchor with 75 metres of calibrated 10 mm chain. Stainless steel
anchor hawse.

MISCELLANEOUS SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENT

Soundproofing of engine rooms with ISO 4589 standard sound
