Overview

A Dutch-built family yacht with very modern technology. Volvo IPS drives make maneouvering very quiet and easy (joystick) while stabilisers add to the cruising comfort as well. Further on-board comfort is provided by silent generators, double-glazed windows and floorheating fueled by a Kabola heater. A bridge with fully integrated electronics provide any and all information that you require.

This yacht looks like new in every aspect, exterior, interior and engineroom. She is ready for the season.

Accommodations

The interior is very light and the spaces on the maindeck communicate very well. Woodwork is ahorn, with a maple floor. The saloon is entered from the aftdeck through wide opening stainless steel doors. Seating is on portside, entertainment systems and a wine and drinks fridge are provided.

The dining area and galley are forward of the saloon, centrally located. The wheelhouse is in front with a door on starboard leading to the sidedeck and foredeck. A staircase to the lowerdeck is located on starboard in the wheelhouse.

The owner's cabin is midship and fullbeam, comparable to size on larger yachts. Bathroom ensuite with a very spacious showercabin, double washbasin and toilet.

Two guestcabins, each with their own bathroom. The guestbathrooms have separate showerstalls as well.

Forward of the VIP is a cabin that can be used for crew, children or extra guests. This cabin has its own bathroom and can be accessed through the VIP or from the foredeck.

The engineroom is fully aft, providing good access to all the technical installations.

Galley

The galley is centrally located and is equipped with the highest quality appliances. The stove is a four burner Miele Schott Ceran. Both ovens (combi and micro) are Miele, as is the dishwasher. Fridge and Freezer are Bosch.

A Miele washer and a Milee dryer are available on the lowerdeck. Central vacuum cleaner system.

There are three generators in the engineroom, all Whisperpower (6Kva, 12 Kva and 25Kva).

Batteries: 1 x 24V 1,000 Amp/h (power consumer), 3 x 24V 160 amp/h type AGM (for engines), 2 x 12V 90 amp/h type AGM (for generators).

Battery charger: 2 x MASTERVOLT 24 V 100 amp (for power consumer batteries), 1 x MASTERVOLT 24 V 60 amp (for machine batteries), 2 x MASTERVOLT 12 V 10 amp (for generator batteries).
