Construciton Detail

Always on the leading edge of technology, Venture Marine uses a sophisticated mix of materials and techniques to build a low maintenance, rot proof boat that will stand up to all the punishment the ocean can give. The hull bottom made from solid fiberglass and Kevlar, is 100% hand laid with super tough vinylester resin.

The PVC foam cores used in the hull sides are set in place by vacuum bagging, a time consuming process that insures a prefect bond.

The transom is cored with high compression strength ceramic matrix that replaces the rot prone plywood used by most boats.
