Overview

Summer 2016 upgrades. All engine hoses just replaced(raw and coolant), rub-rail up detail, cleaner wax and poly sealant. New NorCold 7 cu/ft. stand up refrigerator freezer.

The "Susan's Deal" is a great example of a classic Viking Yacht with desirable two stateroom layout. There have only been 2 owners and the current owner has had this boat for 20 years. Until 2007 it was used in the Chesapeake Bay. It was repowered in 2000 with brand new Caterpillar 3116's with just 1770 current hours. Also in 2000 a brand new 5.5 kw Northern Lights generator was also installed. It has been maintained with an open checkbook and has received regular updates over the years. This boat will appeal to hardcore fisherman and cruisers alike.

Accommodations

As you enter the salon you will notice the well preserved teak joinery in the large salon. There is L-shaped convertible sofa to starboard and a custom entertainment system to port. A nice sized galley down includes a sink, microwave, 2 burner electric stove and a NorCold refrigerator/freezer combination. Continuing you will find a guest stateroom to port with 2 bunks. Starboard is a large stand up head with fiberglass shower stall. All the way forward is the master stateroom with an V-berth. The interior was re-furbished in 2011.
