Professionally maintained and ready to cruise. Easy to inspect anytime on Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL

Accommodations and Layout

4 staterooms sleep 8 guests and owners with 3 guest baths (split head for the master stateroom). Crew quarters for 2 are accessed via a foredeck hatch and have an over-under bunk arrangement with a bath to starboard.

Entering the salon from the aft deck via a stainless steel sliding door, two large leather covered sofas are on either side with large oval windows (roman style curtains) provide plenty of view-ability and sunlight.  Luxurious high gloss cherrywood cabinetry and accents; combined with soft white vinyl coverings are found throughout the interior - along with soft beige carpeting (2012).  Plenty of storage (some with dedicated galley ware cut-outs ) are found on the main deck.  Each stateroom has hanging lockers and plenty of drawer space for storage.  The door and cabinetry handles and pulls are all high quality polished stainless steel.  All bath countertops are rich corian style.

Up two steps, an open stairway leads to the flybridge with a circular settee to port (seats 6).  The galley is to starboard with a lower helm forward of this.  Port and starboard aircraft style doors allow access to the side decks.

Moving forward down a flight of stairs, the full beam master stateroom is aft and features a centerline king bed with a sofa to port and a vanity on the forward wall.  A bath with a tub is to starboard and a private water closet is to port.

Forward of the master, a side-by-side twin guest stateroom is to starboard  and share a bath with the port over-under guest stateroom.  A full beam VIP stateroom with a centerline queen bed is forward and offers almost as much space as the master stateroom with its own bath - making it perfect for partners or couples with families!

Galley

The main deck galley offers the ability to be open to the lower helm and/or the salon via electrical panels which raise or lower and a pocket door at the entrance. A U-shaped black flecked Avonite countertop arrangement (along with teak/holly flooring) provides plenty of working space; brightly lit with windows (with drop shade).  Plenty of cabinets provide storage.
