Overview

Gemini has been lovingly used by her current owner for diving, fishing and light cruising. She features a spacious two stateroom, two head layout, large aft deck, cockpit and large flybridge. Her owner has enjoyed her immensely, and has decided to find a larger boat.

Recent upgrades include new air conditioning units, 2015 bottom paint, new flybridge upholstery and more. Owner has priced her to sell!!

Accommodations

Master Stateroom is located aft, has private head with tub and private access to exterior lower cockpit; Guest Stateroom is forward of salon and galley and has private entry to head along with plenty of storage drawers and cabinets.  Great Salon Entertainment system. Complete Spacious Galley, Breakfast bar separates salon and galley areas with lots of storage compartments. Both heads feature Vacu-flush toilets.

Salon

As one enters the salon there are couches to port and starboard and the entrance to the aft stateroom to port. The aft stateroom has a double bed, full Vacu-Flush head with a large walk-in shower, ample closet space, a flat screen TV and DVD player. The salon also has a second TV, DVD VHS combination, Kenwood home stereo system, Delphi satellite radio receiver, and Bose speakers. The salon has a bar with two stools and theAC/DC panel to starboard. As one enters the galley the combo washer/dryer are to port and the stairs are removable to access the engine room. Another access hatch in the middle of the cabin leads to the engine room as well. The full galley has Sub Zero Refrigerator and freezer, stove, sink, 2-burner stove, microwave, two coffee makers, an electric can opener, cabinets and drawers. The forward stateroom has a double bed, Vacu Flush head access from both the stateroom and galley.

Cockpit

This is a classic example of a cockpit motor yacht, PERFECT fro Cruising, Fishing or Diving. She is accessible by a swim platform and starboard transom door leading to the 46 square foot cockpit. Two (2) In-deck access hatches lead to the front and back side of the 12.5 kw Westerbeke Genset. To starboard is a cockpit access door leading to the aft stateroom with access to the bridge to port.

Flybridge/ Aft Deck

The aft deck has two mobile benches with backrest, a wet bar combining a stationary bench seat, and stairs leading to the bridge. Both port and starboard are doors leading to the side decks and house where sun bathing cushions are set. The bridge will seat six comfortably along with two marine style folding chairs. There is a full eisenglass enclosure and access to hard top where the davit and Avon tender are stationary.
