CLAASEN JACHTBOUW

CLAASEN JACHTBOUW - the Dutch "cheetahs"

CLAASEN JACHTBOUW is a young shipyard in the Netherlands founded by Nico Claasen. The company was established in 1985, and the main production site is located near Amsterdam. At present the company comprises three companies. All of them are financed by the private investors.

Bloemsma Aluminiumbouw, one of the divisions of the company, is manufacturing the aluminum hulls, and the yachts are assembled in Claasen. The onboard equipment is produced and set in Cornelis Jongkind. CLAASEN JACHTBOUW itself owns two sites, where it is possible to simultaneously build as many as five sailboats of 45 meters each. If necessary, the shipyard can produce the yacht of 75 meters in length.

CLAASEN JACHTBOUW builds the sailing superyachts, some of which have gained wide popularity. Having cooperated with the design offices such as Dykstra Naval Architects and Hoek Design, the company is developing the racing sailboats J-Class and F-Class, as well as classic yachts Truly Classic.

CLAASEN JACHTBOUW is a regular participant and sponsor of the Superyacht Cup regatta. Over the years of participation in the races these Dutch yachts have repeated victories. And itХs no wonder: they are made, using their own experience and experimenting with the forms of hulls and sail rig. They build the classic sailboats that can reach incredible speeds.
