MAG FRANCE - the French yachts made of composite materials

MAG FRANCE is a company that is part of OCEA, and is engaged in the production of sailing yachts made of composite materials. The shipyard joined the largest conglomerate of the yachting world in Europe in 1999 and allowed OCEA to have access to the new technologies of hull production.

MAG FRANCE is located in Fontenay-le-Comte (France). The OCEA French group of companies was founded in 1987 and has gradually expanded, getting the new shipyards. At the moment they are producing the yachts and larger vessels with aluminum hulls. The leader of the French shipbuilding industry is producing the patrol boats, motor yachts, liners, environmentally friendly ships. Every year they build up to 20 ships of different lengths and different types.

The group of companies owns four production sites (about 28 000 square meters in total). It employs 270 people.

As a member of OCEA, MAG FRANCE actively participates in the work on the vessels. Previously, they produced the sailing boats of cruise type. The attention is first paid to technology, ease of use, reliability of the yachts, preferring the classical design and traditional structure. Up to this day you can see the ships, constructed before 1999, on sale.
