SCHOCK

SCHOCK - the shipbuilder and the dealer

The SCHOCK shipyard was founded by W.D. "Bill" Schock in 1946. The company began to build the boats in Newport Beach, California. Then the manufacturer expanded its production at the plant in Santa Ana.

In 1962, Schock became the dealer of Boston Whaler in Southern California. Today Schock is the oldest dealer of the whaling ships in the United States, and one of the few dealers in entire California. Over the past 35 years, Scott and Marie Schock owned and managed the shipyard. Today Schock has one of the largest inventories of new and used fishing boats made by Boston Whaler and Grady White.

The shipyard is also building its own boats by offering the customers the best vessels for fishing and trips. The manufacturer tries to satisfy the most demanding customers. The company is constantly improving the production processes. The boats built by SCHOCK are purchased by some customers together with the larger vessels for whaling and fishing.

The organization is constantly expanding the range of vessels. When creating the new models of boats the manufacturer is focused on the needs of consumers. The customers sometimes do express their wishes in relation to the required yachts and boats. The shipyard is booming, because the vessels are in good demand.

The vessels that have been purchased by a company are renovated at the production site of the shipyard - some ships are in need of modernization.
